Aurion System Administrator
Temporary Full Time position; Based in Osborne Park

The role of the Aurion Systems Administrator is to promote and manage the effective configuration, delivery and use of the Aurion HR and Payroll application. The position is responsible for coordinating the development and delivery of appropriate system solutions to maximise the value delivered by the application. The Aurion Systems Administrator actively participates in the planning and implementation of processes to ensure that the systems support organisational goals, industry best practices and regulatory requirements.

 

The position is also responsible for the performance and availability of Aurion services and the security profiles of user accounts. The Aurion Systems Administrator will manage system upgrades and liaise with Aurion and other stakeholders. As required, this role will provide input to projects directly or indirectly involving Aurion.

 

The successful applicant will be proactive, professional and outcome focused with excellent teamwork and communication skills.

 

Selection Criteria:

  • Minimum three years’ experience in Aurion system administration role
  • A demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement
  • Experience with administering and applying security policies and controls
  • Experience in documenting and maintaining configuration and process information 
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills 
  • Strong customer service orientation with a proactive approach and keen attention to detail
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and cohesively within a team environment
  • Demonstrated problem solving and analytical skills
  • Adept at interpreting technical documentation and procedure manuals
  • Ability to conduct research into hardware and software issues and products as required
  • Ability to present ideas and solutions in a user-friendly language
  • Experience in CRM and Finance ERP systems (desirable)
  • Tertiary qualifications in Computer Science or relevant discipline (desirable).
