High Care (CATCH) Support Worker
Part-time: Located in Warnbro

We are looking for a friendly, flexible and caring team member to provide specialised support to enable a young child to continue living in their family home. 


There is only one overnight support shift per week which is for a Wednesday on one week and Thursday on the other week.



Duties include:

  • Providing a range of support services including Tracheostomy care
  • Providing reliable, timely and flexible services that best meet the needs of the individual and their family
  • Problem solving issues with the individuals and the Support Worker team
  • Reporting issues and hazards as required to the Team Facilitator/Service Coordinator

What we require:

  • Prior experience in clinical work is desirable
  • Availability to work a minimum of one overnight shifts a week (9pm to 7am).
  • Reliability, flexibility and a positive attitude
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Current drivers licence and reliable vehicle
  • Working with children check (or be able to apply for one)

In return, you will have access to some great benefits! Salary is a minimum rate of $22.20 per hour whilst training and then once deemed competent by our nurse consultants will increase to $27.25 per hour plus 9.5% superannuation. Other benefits include the option of salary packaging up to $18,550 tax free.



 Appointments to this position will be subject to a satisfactory National Police Clearance.
