Administration Assistant
Temporary 6 Month Part Time Contract; Based in Jandakot

Avivo is a leading Community Services organisation providing support to people living with frailty, disability and/or mental illness. Our vision is to ensure people live as valued citizens, making their own decisions, developing their abilities and growing their relationships.

 

We've had some exciting changes recently including the roll out of new rostering software called AlayaCare to teams who provide support to customers.

 

The Administration Assistant's role will be to assist our Support and Coordination teams with administrative tasks related to operating AlayaCare as well as communicating with support staff to ensure they are utilising the software appropriately and providing assistance if needed.

 

Our ideal candidate needs to be absolutely tech savvy with a positive attitude, can do spirit and a commitment to supporting teams with the delivery of quality services to customers, employees and all other stakeholders.

 

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring accurate and up to date record keeping
  • Entering and maintaining data as required
  • Liaising with internal and external stake holders
  • Back up rostering on a as-need basis
  • Working collaboratively with all teams
  • Meeting strict deadlines

Selection Criteria

  • Demonstrated ability to organise and plan daily and weekly administrative activities
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills and the ability to relate well to all people
  • Good problem solving and decision making skills
  • Well-developed Computer and Smart Phone literacy skills

This is a temporary part time position across 3 days of the week for 4 hours per day.
