Would you like to be part of a dedicated new team providing support to enable someone to live in their own home?
You will be supporting a lady and her husband with around the clock care. Hours will vary and you will need to be available to work occasional evening, weekend and overnight supports. This will include providing personal care, social support, community access and domestic assistance.
Supporting a person with a spinal cord injury
Catheter care, hoisting and personal care
Working in partnership with the person and their family to provide excellent well-rounded support
What we require:
Experience in disabilities would be an advantage, comprehensive training will also be provided
Excellent communication and IT skills
A current driver’s licence and a reliable vehicle are essential

In return, you will have access to some great benefits! Salary is a minimum rate of $21.60 per hour whilst training and then once deemed competent by our nurse consultants will increase to $26.45 per hour plus 9.5% superannuation. The option of salary packaging is also available to increase your non-taxable income! In addition to this, you will be paid travel time and kilometres, receive comprehensive training and generate Annual and Personal leave.
