We are looking for Support Workers with a passion for working with people and dedicated to the needs and wishes of our customers.
We support people who require individualised assistance to live at home due to disability, frailty or mental illness. Support Workers play an important role in our organisation. They provide quality services to people and they form an integral link with our teams.

Providing personal care, social support, community access and domestic assistance
Providing reliable, timely and flexible services that best meet the needs of the individual and their family
Problem solving issues with the individuals and the Support Worker team
Working collaboratively in a self-driven, dynamic team
What we require:
Previous experience in Disability, Aged Care or Mental Health preferred
A current driver’s licence and a reliable vehicle are essential
Strong values that align with those of Avivo
Demonstrated reliability, flexibility and a positive attitude
Excellent communication skills including verbal, written and listening
Availability to work a variety of shifts from 6am to 10pm - Monday to Sunday's weekly.
In return, you will have access to some great benefits! A minimum rate from $21.90 per hour is on offer as is a travel allowance of 76 cents per kilometre between supports. Other benefits include the payment of travel time, salary packaging up to $15,900 per annum, and accrued annual and personal leave.
